If you discover a security vulnerability in our services, please contact us immediately—we’re committed to working together to address any issues quickly and effectively.
Disclosure Policy
- We ask that you allow us reasonable time to address the issue before making any public disclosure or sharing details with third parties. Our goal is to resolve critical vulnerabilities within ten business days of your initial report.
- Please conduct your research responsibly by avoiding any actions that could compromise user privacy, damage data, or disrupt our services. Only test on accounts that belong to you or where you have explicit authorization from the account owner.
Exclusions
To maintain a safe and secure environment for all users, Barndoor AI, Inc. will immediately deactivate accounts found to be engaging in the following prohibited activities.
While researching, we’d like you to refrain from:
- Denial-of-Service (DoS)
- Spamming
- Social engineering or phishing of Barndoor AI, Inc. employees or contractors
- Any attacks against Barndoor AI, Inc.’s physical property or data centers
Bug Bounty
This policy covers the Barndoor AI, Inc. Application at app.barndoor.ai and all related subdomains or services. We do not accept vulnerability reports for our marketing website (barndoor.ai), as it contains no sensitive data. Additionally, we exclude reports describing theoretical attacks without demonstrable proof of exploitability.
When you conduct security research in good faith compliance with this policy, we will:
Not pursue or recommend legal action against your research activities
Consider your research authorized
Collaborate with you to quickly understand and resolve any issues
If a third party initiates legal action against you for research conducted under this policy, we will confirm that your activities were authorized.
